AVG/GDPR:

On May 25, 2018 the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming or General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) will be effective. For all companies in The Netherlands this will be a very serious matter given the special focus on responsibility of these organisations towards the protection of personal information and safeguarding privacy. The companies must be able to prove that they meet the legal obligations of the extended protection of privacy like: transparency, targeting, minimize information gathering, correctness, preservation, integrity, confidentiality and responsibility.
